Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Orivane at
orivane.pages.dev, or by providing your email address to access the service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our
Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use Orivane. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time — continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use Orivane. By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you should review these Terms with a parent or guardian.

Description of the Service
Orivane is a psychological self-intelligence tool that analyzes personal reflections — journal entries, goals, decisions, and other writing — to surface patterns, blind spots, and insights. It is provided for personal, non-commercial, introspective use.
Important: Orivane is not a mental health service, therapy platform, crisis intervention tool, or medical application. The insights generated are AI-produced patterns drawn from your own writing — they are not clinical assessments, diagnoses, or professional advice of any kind. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or are in distress, please contact a qualified mental health professional or emergency services immediately.

Your Content
You retain full ownership of all reflections, entries, and other content you create in Orivane. By using the AI-powered features, you grant Orivane a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to process your content solely for the purpose of generating insights and displaying results back to you. This licence does not permit us to share, sell, or repurpose your content for any other use.
You are responsible for the content you enter. Do not input content that is unlawful, that belongs to someone else without permission, or that could harm others.

Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or otherwise tamper with the service or its underlying systems
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
- Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the service
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service or its infrastructure
- Submit content that is threatening, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise harmful
- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity

Intellectual Property
All aspects of the Orivane service — including the design, code, branding, product name, feature names, and AI analysis system — are the intellectual property of Orivane and are protected by applicable laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to Orivane's intellectual property other than the limited right to use the service as described herein.

Early Access & Pro Features
Orivane is currently in early access. Features may change, be added, or be removed without notice. Joining the Pro waitlist does not guarantee access to any specific feature or pricing.
When Pro features launch, separate pricing terms will be provided at that time. No payment is required to use the current version of Orivane.

Disclaimers
Orivane is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:
- The service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times
- The insights or analyses generated are accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose
- The service will meet your expectations or requirements
Use of Orivane is entirely at your own discretion and risk.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Orivane and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or emotional distress, arising out of or in connection with your use of the service — even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of Orivane shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the service in the 12 months preceding the claim (which, for free-tier users, is zero).

Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Orivane at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time. Upon termination, your locally stored data remains on your device and is not deleted by us.

Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Orivane shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time, particularly as the product evolves and Pro features launch. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users who have provided their email address. Your continued use of Orivane after any changes constitutes acceptance.
